Here at JAAQ, we like to leave no question unanswered, or we at least try! Below are some questions you might have on your JAAQ at Work platform, this client area or just questions on general JAAQ. If the information you need isn't here please contact your account manager.

How do I get JAAQ At Work set up as a platform for my employees?

Now you have signed your contract, you will have been introduced to the JAAQ product team who will set up an integration call and take you through the integration process as smoothly as possible and quickly. Speak to Roxy, Paul or Mason if this call hasn't already been booked

What happens if my JAAQ at Work platform isn't working?

If your JAAQ at Work platform isn't working, first check your internet connection, clear your browser cache, and ensure you're using a supported browser. If the issue persists, contact Roxy, Paul or Mason for assistance.

Is the JAAQ at Work Platform a psychologically safe space?

We understand the importance of your colleagues feeling they can use JAAQ At Work confidentially and without feeling anyone in the workplace has any knowledge of what content they are viewing. The content and their usage of the site is entirely confidential and not tracked. Your JAAQ data dashboard shows you trends and total numbers per topic etc - check out your dashboard!

What happens if I can't access my data dashboard?

If you can't access your data dashboard and there appears to be an error, please check your internet connection. If the issue persists, contact your account manager.

How often is my data dashboard updated?

The majority of your data is updated live, however some of the more complex figures are updated every 24 hrs

How often should I be coming to this member's area?

You can come to the members area as often as you like to access your data, any assets or for general updates. We recommend that you visit this site at least once a month.

What do I do if my data looks wrong or I don't understand the dashboard?

If there is something on the dashboard that you don't understand please speak to your Roxy, Paul or Mason they should be able to explain and if not they will schedule a call with our data team that can walk you through anything and answer any questions.

How do I download images that I can use in our internal communications?

Go to the My Digital Assets area and browse to see what image or video that you would like to use and click the download button.

What's the difference between JAAQ at Work and JAAQ.org?

JAAQ.org is a free to use mental wellbeing platform with content from leading doctors and people with lived experience that give you the right information and share stories on mental health illnesses and conditions. JAAQ at Work is work place focused content which looks at things from the employee, leader and business point of view.  JAAQ at Work will ultimately drive JAAQ.org to keep it free for everyone, forever.

What is a JAAQ event?

You will have access to monthly webinars, Dropbox in sessions and ‘lunch & learns’ covering a vast array of topics across Mental Health, Wellbeing, ED&I, Women’s Health, Inclusive Recruitment and much more! We also do in person events called Takeover days please ask us for more information!

How do I book onto a webinar?

All our JAAQ at Work events are virtual on zoom. You will need to go to the events calendar to get the link for the event and from here you will be able to register. This link can be forwarded onto others or embedded in a picture or banner.

Who are the JAAQ at Work experts?

We have partnered with experts and organisations including; Lexxic, Sign Solutions, Bipolar UK, Roger Black, Get Your Sh1t Together!, RNIB, Your D+I, Pavelka Wellbeing, Dr Claire Kay, Cool2BTrans.

What is a JAAQ champion?

A JAAQ champion is an advocate of change, a person who is passionate about health and wellbeing and who acts as a key promoter and lover of the JAAQ platform. They help the business transform how it thinks about mental health and wellbeing by inspiring and influencing others.

How do I become a JAAQ champion?

If you are interested in becoming a JAAQ champion, speak to your account manager about the sign up process. They will also be able to guide you on how you can promote internally to get uptake from your colleagues.

How much of a time does being a JAAQ champion take?

Being a JAAQ champion doesn't require a significant time commitment. You would need to join a monthly call and participate in missions set for each month. The actual amount of time you dedicate to this role can vary depending on your availability and willingness, but it isn't a full-time job. You can integrate your responsibilities as a champion into your workday conversations with colleagues or teams, so it can be flexible and adapted to your schedule.

What is an embed code?

Our embed code is used to place the JAAQ Player on a page of your website, similar to how a YouTube embed code works. Once embedded we can update your conversation's content, look and feel without you needing to amend the code.

How do I use an embed code?

Our embed code is designed to be simple and easy to implement. We have preset the container's height and width to optimise usability on both desktop and mobile, however this can be amended to your preference. The JAAQ Player is responsive and will change view depending on desktop vs mobile usage.

How do I get an embed code?

You can get embed codes by going to the expert that you want the code for and clicking the embed code button. This will then request the code from your account manager who will email this to you directly. This may take 24 hours.
